维法耦合视角下的商业模式创新方法研究

首先通过梳理分析大量相关文献和企业案例,解构并聚类出5个商业模式创新维度、总结归纳出9大创新法则,进而从维法耦合视角分两阶段构建基础和关键创新路径并设计相关创新方案,最后以纺织服装业开展商业模式创新为例,系统阐述维法耦合视角下商业模式创新方法的应用过程。研究结果证实该方法在纺织服装业应用的可行性,为企业主动、快速开展商业模式创新提供了系统化且可操作的理论指导,有助于企业在预估行业商业模式发展趋势的基础上发掘潜在市场机会。  相似文献   

农民工体育参与意识、参与行为和城市融合关系的实证研究--以成都为例

本研究以成都农民工为样本,考察了农民工的体育参与意识/体育参与行为及其与城市融合度的关系。研究结果显示,成都农民工体育参与意识和体育参与行为较低,城市融合度较高;体育参与意识与参与行为与其城市融合度之间在统计学上不存在相关关系,参与体育运动可以促进城市融合度的假设没有得到证明。本次研究也发现对体育的积极评价与城市融合度呈现相关关系。分析认为,在理论上体育运动具有社会参与性、互动性、学习性和组织性等特征,但是在现实中,将运动仅仅视为身体锻炼的体育观念制约了农民工体育参与行为,因此,体育运动对于农民工在城市融合中的作用上还缺乏心理和现实的条件。  相似文献

This article exposes the problem of using declarative rather than procedural knowledge to help K–12 students recognize irony in stories. It offers commonplace procedures drawn from students’ everyday language experience together with more abstract irony clues to help students recognize irony in stories and increase their story comprehension. Relationship quality,community promotion and brand loyalty in virtual communities: Evidence from free software communities

The Internet has favored the growth of collaborative platforms where marketers and consumers interact to develop more engaging products and services. These platforms are usually centered in a specific brand/product and their members are linked by a shared admiration to that brand. This paper analyzes one of the most powerful online collaborative platforms, the free software (FS) case, which involves a lot of virtual communities developed around products such as Linux or Android, the new Google's mobile operating system. Our purpose is to determine some of the main antecedents and consequences of the consumer involvement in this type of communities. Results have shown that satisfaction with a virtual community may increase the level of consumer participation in that community. At the same time, a greater identification with the virtual community may increase indirectly the consumer participation thanks to the enhancement of his/her satisfaction with the community. We have also found positive and significant effects of consumer identification and participation on the level of community promotion. Finally, positive and significant effects of consumer participation and satisfaction with the community on loyalty to the FS were also found. These findings allow us to conclude some interesting managerial implications.  相似文献   

Meaningful participation for children in the Dutch child protection system: A critical analysis of relevant provisions in policy documents

Policymakers are increasingly focusing on the participation of children in the child protection system (CPS). However, research shows that actual practice still needs to be improved. Embedding children’s participation in legislation and policy documents is one important prerequisite for achieving meaningful participation in child protection practice. In this study, the participation of children in the Dutch CPS under the new Youth Act 2015 is critically analyzed. National legislation and policy documents were studied using a model of “meaningful participation” based on article 12 of the UNCRC. Results show that the idea of children’s participation is deeply embedded in the current Dutch CPS. However, Dutch policy documents do not fully cover the three dimensions of what is considered to be meaningful participation for children: informing, hearing, and involving. Furthermore, children’s participation differs among the organizations included in the child protection chain. A clear overall policy concerning the participation of children in the Dutch CPS is lacking. The conclusions of this critical analysis of policy documents and the framework of meaningful participation presented may provide a basis for the embedding of meaningful participation for children in child protection systems of other countries.  相似文献

众创空间已成为创客创业的主要集聚地。以镇江市众创空间中的创客为研究对象,收集211个有效样本数据,使用偏最小二乘法(PLS)验证创客参与动机与创业行为关系模型。研究结果表明:沉浸需要、自我效能、感知有用性、感知易用性、社区激励和社会因素对创业行为具有显著正向影响;自尊需要和能力提升对创业行为不存在显著影响。  相似文献   

Ecologies of participation in school classrooms

The concept of legitimate peripheral participation was developed by considering informal learning contexts. Its applicability to school classrooms is problematic. This is particularly so when teacher centred and decontextualised procedural practices predominate as they do in ‘usual school mathematics’ classrooms. By considering the nature of social practice, learning relationships, identity and participation in such classrooms in relation to legitimate peripheral participation as a construct, both these features and the construct itself are explored and critiqued. To understand the complexity and multidimensionality of participation in both formal and informal learning contexts, the concept of ecologies of participation is proposed.  相似文献
